Dreamie is formulated from natural, locally-sourced ingredients. Thailand is one of the world's leading banana-producing countries, generating millions of tonnes of banana biomass each year. Yet after harvest, banana stems, which account for over 60% of the plant's biomass, are often discarded. By transforming banana stem extract into the key ingredient behind Dreamie, we give new purpose to an overlooked agricultural resource.

Melatonin-free

Dreamie does not contain any added melatonin. Melatonin can risk dependency and merely addresses difficulty in sleep onset rather than sleep quality. Instead, it supports the body’s natural sleep rhythm through ingredients involved in relaxation, neurotransmitter balance, and sleep-wake regulation.

Dreamie’s ingredients are locally sourced and are selectively chosen to support the body's natural sleep pathways without relying on hormonal supplementation. Following laboratory testing and validation, Dreamie is produced in partnership with DOD Biotech, a GMP-certified manufacturing facility in Thailand, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and scalability as we bring our formulation to market.

Science Behind Dreamie

Dreamie is formulated with banana stem-derived phenolic compounds, natural plant bioactives studied for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. By supporting oxidative balance and reducing stress-related disruption, these compounds help create conditions that are more favorable for recovery during sleep. Dreamie also works through the gut-brain-sleep pathway. The gut microbiota plays an important role in tryptophan metabolism, which influences serotonin production. Serotonin supports mood, relaxation, and sleep regulation, while also serving as a precursor for melatonin, the hormone involved in the sleep-wake cycle. The gut microbiome is also linked to GABA signaling, which helps calm neural activity and prepare the body for rest. Together, these pathways support Dreamie’s goal: improving the depth and quality of sleep, so rest becomes more restorative rather than simply longer.
